Meet the Chiropractor

  • With more than 50 years' combined experience, Dr. Robert and Dr. Paul Stiles incorporate the latest techniques and advancements in applied kinesiology, corrective exercise and nutritional wellness to give their patients the most competent and comprehensive chiropractic care in Southeast Michigan.

Dr. Robert developed an interest in chiropractic at age 14 after his father was dramatically helped by a chiropractor. His entrepreneurial spirit, developed through his paper route and Eagle Scout experiences, helped  foster and shape his career. He continued his education, graduating from Logan Chiropractic College in St. Louis, Missouri.

In 1964, Dr. Robert met and was taken with Suzanne Winner of Northville.  He was also taken with the beauty, splendor and spaciousness of the Novi-Northville area, so much so that in April 1966, he established his practice - Stiles Chiropractic - near the intersection of Grand River and Novi Roads.

Dr. Robert and Suzanne Stiles have been married more than 40 years and have been blessed with four children and ten grandchildren. Together, they enjoy seeking new adventures through traveling. Dr. Robert is also an avid hunter and fly-fisherman.

  • Dr. Paul grew up seeing the benefits of alternative health care firsthand by watching his father treat patients, noting how they responded to chiropractic care, and appreciating the close doctor-patient relationship they shared. After graduating from Life Chiropractic College in Atlanta, Georgia, he joined the practice in June of 1996.

In September of 2000, Dr. Paul married Tamara Enustun, an interior designer, and together  had two beautiful daughters.  As outdoor enthusiasts, Dr. Paul and his family enjoy many activities, especially mountain biking,  and camping.  He also enjoys fly-fishing with his father.

Dr. Paul represents the next generation of Stiles Chiropractic, blending well-established and reputable chiropractic techniques and procedures  with modern, technologically advanced and alternative concepts and practices.  He is certified in Applied Kinesiology, a diagnostic science that uses muscle testing as a primary feedback mechanism in assessing a person's body function.  This technique is very effective in treating shoulder, knee and hip problems as well as all types of sports injuries. Dr. Paul also has a degree in Nutrition, which allows the practice to also expand its focus into Nutritional Wellness Therapy.

Both doctors have completed extensive post graduate studies in managing and treating conditions involving the entire human body. They also maintain professional relationships with many other health care professionals in a variety of medical fields who treat conditions beyond the scope of chiropractic medicine.  chiropractic expertise, as well.

Testimonials

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "Dr. Paul is also extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness and has given me great advice in those areas too. In addition to feeling better and earning a degree I have lost about 25 pounds since I first came to see him. I am active physically every day. I do yoga about five times a week and walk daily. Partly because of this, I feel 15 years younger than I did when I first came to see him. Also, when I feel pain I understand that something is wrong and I now I know that discomfort does not have to be a way of life. Even though I feel younger, vital and healthy again I still see Dr. Paul regularly to maintain my health. While I no longer live in Novi and have a 60 mile commute to his office, I am still one of his patients. I always look forward to my visits with Dr. Paul. He is always smiling, positive and encouraging."

  • "Stiles Chiropractic is easily the best chiropractic office in Oakland County. Their job is to never have to see you again and fix you for life. I was a back pain sufferer for almost 30 years and now it's all gone thanks to Stiles Chiropractic. Highly Recommended!"
